Vallesur Extra Virgin Olive Oil with maximum acidity 0.5%, obtained exclusively from physical processes of the variety ¨Criolla¨, (Variety of Spanish origin, which has acquired its own characteristics in Peru and Latin America).

It presents an intense green fruity with notes of freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs in balance with taste descriptors such as itching and bitterness. It is an oil that has a high taste complexity with secondary notes of leaves, green tomato and tomato plant.
