Ginger is a root rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B6 and minerals such as calcium, potassium, iron, among others. This root has multiple benefits like its great source of antioxidant and its power to boost the immune system. This root, besides being a condiment due to its itch and aroma, manages to be a perfect diaphoretic to combat flu symptoms and its derivatives.
