The Peruvian panca chili, also known as “red chili”, is a great dried chili pepper from Peru. When ripe, its color changes from dark red to chocolate, and then it is carefully dried in the sun before being processed. It has a mild itch, which is why it is considered the ideal seasoning in Peruvian and foreign cuisine.
Contains nutrients such as niacin, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium, iron, and thiamin. It is also rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C; it is known to provide excellent amounts of vitamin A and has antioxidant properties that help youth prevail.
