It can be used in a wide variety of dishes and easily replaces wheat flour in gluten-free diets. CAES Piura banana flour is made from high-quality bananas. It is sold in 250 gr to 25 kg bags.

The banana is cut into a very thin slices and then dried by the cooperative solar dryers. Once dried, the leaves are crushed until get the thinnest powder possible. Our flour is produced with biological bananas from the Sierra of Piura, in the Montero district (Ayabaca).
