Our cocoa powder is processed from cocoa cake with a residual butter content between 10 and 12% to which we add the following mix of nutritional supplements: IRON, VITAMIN A (ACETATE 325,000 UI/g), VITAMIN B1 (MONONITRATE OF THIAMIN), VITAMIN B2 (RIBOFLAVIN), VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE), NIACINAMIDE, VITAMIN B12 (CYANOCOBALAMIN), VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID), VITAMIN B9 (FOLIC ACID), IRON (FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE), IODINE (IODIDE POTASSIUM), ZINC (ZINC SULFATE)
It is prepared with a blend of aromatic cocoas from the region known as "VRAEM" in the southern Peruvian jungle (Sivia, Pichari, Kiteni, Canayre, Kimbiri, Pangoa, Sonomoro, Kepashiato, Kiteni, Echarate, Quillabamba, Quellouno).
Ingredients: Cocoa (lean solids), mix of vitamins and minerals.
This product covers a wide range of applications: confectionery, pastry, beverage and ice cream preparation and direct consumption at home.
Our processing plant is located in the city of Lima, we have sanitary certifications that guarantee our production in accordance with national and international sanitary standards: HACPP. Sustainability Certifications: Organic (USDA, European Union), Kosher.
