Color: Intense and bright pink with fine and abundant bubbles.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of fresh berries like raspberry, cherry and strawberry.
Taste: Fresh, very pleasant and with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Food pairing: Best served cold. It is highly recommended for fish, seafood, poultry and desserts. It goes very well with cheese platters paired with rosemary pecans, grilled prawn and biscuits.
