THE AIRAMPO, is a fruit of the Peruvian Andes that belongs to the family of cactances, of red color and deep purple. Our INCAS ancestors, as great botanists also did not stay in the saga, they also had their own pitaya, we refer to the powerful AIRAMPO and other cacti such as sanky, sancayo, waraco, lamuñununka among others that are still under study and corresponding investigation.
Very little is known worldwide about the benefits of this product that is a seed of the cactus family, which grows in stony places, especially in rocky hills. The flower is yellow or red and its green fruit, similar to the prickly pear, but smaller and more fragile. It is a gift of nature, because it does not need the hand of man for its reproduction. Some researchers, especially naturopathic doctors, recommend the consumption of airampoo soda to fight stomach ulcers or for those times when the fever is intense, when chickenpox and measles appear. The field is also used to dye looms. The flower and the fruit serve to dye carmine color, pleasant to the naked eye, but when preparing an infusion using the seeds it is essentially refreshing and serves to lower the fever.
