Arabica coffee with NATURAL drying process, harvested in the mountains of the Apurimac river valley between Cuzco and Apurimac regions. The coffee in this area of Peru is grown between 1,600 meters above sea level and is dried on "African beds" in the lower part of the valley above 300 masl.
This valley is famopus for its blend of bourbon, gesha, caturra and typica's , as well as for its excellent climate which allows the coffee harvest to take place optimal conditions. Blend preparation: Grade 2 to 23 defects, 8 primary and 15 secondary (request a sample to see our preparation). Maximum shipping humidity: 11.5%, water activity below 0.70.
The coffee is shipped with a polypropylene bag with heat sealing on the inside and a polypropylene bilaminate bag on the outside. The amount of coffee loaded in each bag is 100 pounds. There is the possibility of requesting that the bags be palletized for an extra fee for the service.
