We work with communities in north, central and south Peru and each one produces unique communal lots.
Traceable by region/area this lots are consistent blends of larger volume coffee that showcase the identity of each community and its geographic/weather (AKA terroir) conditions.
Peru has many different coffee growing areas, each with specific weather, altitude, soil, coffee varieties, culture, language, farming practices, this richness manifests into a wide variety of flavor profiles.
