Paqu Jaya "El Peruano" is a spicy sauce made with 'yellow' and 'panca' peppers. Mix the chili peppers with fresh mangoes, garlic, white vinegar and a little honey. We do not use artificial thickeners or added sugars. Peruvian chili peppers have a unique complexity that adds a wonderful dimension of flavors to a wide variety of foods. Our peppers are harvested in the best growing areas of Peru; Tacna yellow peppers, panca peppers from Barranca and honey is obtained from a community of farmers deep in the Amazon jungle. The product is suitable for vegetarians, kosher and gluten allergy sufferers.
