The strawberry must exhibit a healthy and freshly harvested appearance and must be separate, not adhering to one another. The product is gmo free and allergen free.

Colour:

Bright red, characteristic of the strawberry. There may be a slight color change due to the natural oxidation processes of the fruit.

Texture:

Tender, not collapsed, not fibrous, mature uniform. The fruit must be of hard consistency in the frozen state and must have adequately stable consistency in the thawed state against mechanical and thermal influences.

Taste and smell:

Sweet, ripe strawberry.
