Giant squid fillet without membrane, without scum, laminated 0.8 - 1.2 cm without belly punching for 02 sizes of 4.5cm and 6.5cm or depending on customer specification. Individually packaged and frozen in trays using blue sheets with low density polyethylene. Glaze and bagging in crystal bags with low density polyethylene x 1 kg adding 2% of plus, then packed in double corrugated cardboard boxes for 15 kg. or according to customer specifications. The product is totally labeled before ship.
