This product is obtained from the mantle of the Pacific Squid (D. gigas), from which the skin, the membrane  are removed. Subsequently, the mantle is laminated and molded (die-cut) to later be frozen in continuous IQF tunnels).

Presentation: White or yellow (with internal membrane).

DOUBLE DIE DIMENSIONS: Outside / Inside Diameter: 4.5 cm / 7 cm - 2.2 cm / 4.5 cm.

Thickness: Minimum: 1 cm - Maximum: 1.2 cm.
