Processed from fresh squid tube or mantle, without membrane and without web (sm / st) which is passed through a filleting machine. Two fillets are derived from this process, one without a belly that is used for this product and the other with a belly that is used for yellow rings.

MEASURES: 1-2kg / 2-4kg

Thickness: 8 - 12mm (natural thickness)
