- Odeur and taste: Characteristic of special selection of cocoa beans
- Shelf Life: 24 months under recommended storage condition.
- Recommended Storage: The product must be stored in a cool dry area free of any foreign odors. The product should be ventilated and covered. Ideal storage conditions are at 18 to 22 degrees Celsius with less than 60% relative humidit.
