KUSI, is a Standard pisco, it is a blender of yolk must and Quebranta Press Must.
This pisco is very special from the strict selection of its grapes (7-8 kg per liter), fermentation, distillation of the musts to the rest of the pisco for more than a year that contributes to the refinement of aroma and quality. Grapes of the Quebranta and Italia variety are used.
Balanced and round Pisco, excellent as a mixer for the preparation of cocktails.
