The grape clusters are harvested from sunny vineyards, which after squeezing them are fermented in jars and jugs. Days later it goes through the alembic to offer us a fine and delicate liquor; called Pisco.
It leaves us the moderate expression of aroma with an ideal typicity for times of celebration with good company.
