Sacha Inchi is a millenary plant, native to Peru. It was grown by the pre - inca cultures about 3000 to 5000 years ago. Its seeds have a high grade of oils (54%) and proteins (33%). Other than that, possess a high quantity of omega-3 fatty acids (48.6%). It is highly recommendable as food in front of other products like olive, fish and flax.
