This product is a supersaturated solution, free of artificial flavorings and colorings. Its main ingredients are water, sugar, acidulant (citric acid SIN 330), and preservative (sodium benzoate SIN 211).

The sugar syrup is of Peruvian origin and it has a sweet flavor, a translucent golden color, and a viscous liquid consistency. It is available in 750 ml. presentation.

• Osmophile yeasts (ufc/ml): < 10 Est.

It is important to emphasize that the product is pasteurized and it can be consumed directly. It is recommended to store it at room temperature, in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Protected from sunlight and heat. 

The product is moved in closed vehicles, with good ventilation, which only transports food products. The sugar syrup has a shelf life of 12 months.
