Arabica coffee with washed process, harvested in the mountains of the Northern Amazon in the Cajamarca/Amazonas regions. The province of Jaén in Cajamarca is one of the most important collection centers in northeastern Peru. In this region of the country, coffee grows between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level, the characteristics of the climate and its geographical location provide coffees with profiles similar to colombian "suaves"
Our !blend JAEN! It is made up of the varieties: caturra, catimor and bourbón.
Blend preparation: Grade 1 to 15 defects, 5 primary and 10 secondary (request a sample to see our preparation). Maximum shipping humidity: 11.5%, water activity below 0.70.
The coffee is shipped with a polypropylene bag with heat sealing on the inside and a polypropylene bilaminate bag on the outside. The amount of coffee loaded in each bag is 100 pounds. There is the possibility of requesting that the bags be palletized for an extra fee for the service.
