Blend of Criollo varieties (fine aroma) and native to the northern Peruvian jungle (nacional, "Piura blanco", Fortunato), Grade 1, Humidity: 8%. Fermentation in boxes minimum: 75%, organoleptic profile: nuts, floral, medium bitter, low acidity.
Our "BLEND RUPA RUPA" is prepared by mixing aromatic cocoas from the regions of PIURA, CAJAMARCA and AMAZONAS in the northern Peruvian high jungle (JAEN, HUARANGO, CHULUCANAS, BAGUA, MORROPON).
Cocoa beans are shipped in bags according to the client's requirement: 25/50 kg.
