DAF is a cavitation air flotation equipment. Through recirculation with a cavitator, it takes atmospheric air through a hollow shaft and a propeller, and mixes it in the water. We thus achieve a bubble that accelerates the rise of the fats to the surface so that they are swept away by the scraper mechanism.
