Method of preparation: For a 1 liter portion
1. Add 1 liter of water in a pot and boil.
2. Place the 14 g filter once the water begins to boil (breaks in boiling).
3. Wait 6 to 8 minutes and turn off the heat.
4. Carefully remove the filter, discard and pour the infusion into a pitcher.
5. Add sugar, lemon and ice to taste.
6. And ready, enjoy a traditional drink.
