Organoleptic Specifications

  • Appearance: Limpid.
  • Color: Characteristic yellow-greenish.
  • Aroma and flavor: Soft fragant herbaceous and ripe fruit at nose. In the mouth, fruity having net vegetable flavor, slightly bitter and spicy nice short taste.

Physicochemical Specifications

  • Acidity  (oleic acid / 100g) (%): ≤ 0.8 
  • Peroxide value (mEq O2/kg): ≤ 20
