Our Chuncho cacao from Chungui is a true treasure of nature. Produced in the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers in the Chungui area, this cacao is 100% Chuncho's delicate flavour. It's cultivated in plots where the plants reach up to 15 meters in height and are over 200 years old. Its pods are small and yellow, with fresh beans, an intoxicating aroma, and an incomparable texture.

Product characteristics:

Our cacao beans are beautifully brown and offer notes of floral, fruity, nutty, and other positive flavours with low astringency and bitterness. They are Grade I cacao, with 80% fermentation, 7.5% humidity, no defects, 15% purple beans, and 5% slate beans. The caliber is 127/100.
