Fresh Hass avocado is a fruit that has many health benefits, thanks to its high content of potassium and magnesium. This food is rich in unsaturated fatty acids since it has up to 20% of oil, which contributes to controlling cholesterol.
This variety of avocado has in its composition several nutrients including potassium, magnesium, vitamins A, C, E, and K, niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folate, pyridoxine, and a high amount of dietary fiber.

It is a fruit of excellent quality, with high resistance to transport and long post-harvest life. Both fruit and seed are relatively small, with a combined weight of 200 to 300 grams.
Once harvested, the Hass avocado turns purple to black as the fruit softens as it ripens so that the consumer recognizes the optimum time to consume it.
The fruit has a variety of shapes. Inside it contains a single rounded, light-colored seed, 2 to 4 centimeters long, which is covered with a thin brown woody coating.
This product is offered in corrugated cardboard boxes of 4 kg.
