Camu camu powder is a 100% natural product made from fresh fruits of Myrciaria dubia, the scientific name of camu camu. Only healthy and ripe fruits are harvested through a mechanical extraction process. Then, they undergo refining, flash-pasteurization, cooling, and freezing processes for proper preservation.
