The custard apple belongs to the cumbe or creole variety and it is a fruit with a peculiar appearance. Its skin is green and rough and its interior contains a soft and creamy pulp. It is selected, washed, peeled, seeded, mixed with additives, packaged, and frozen by a static tunnel system of forced air, achieving a stable temperature. It doesn't contain colorants or flavorings, nor does it contain allergens or genetically modified organisms.
