The golden berry pulp is a natural product, undiluted, unfermented and without preservatives, which is obtained after decomposing and straining the edible part of the fruit.
This product is mainly used in the food industry and for direct consumption in the production of ice cream, juices, desserts, jams, yogurt, etc. It can also be used as raw material for confectionery or industrial processes.
The golden berry contains polyphenols, which give it antioxidant properties that help delay aging and boost the immune system. Thanks to its high fiber content, it may aid digestion.
This superfood has 149% more fiber than raisins. It also has the same amount of iron as spinach and 100 g of the golden berry contains more potassium than three bananas
How to preserve the product?
The product can be consumed up to 12 months after the production date. It is recommended to store it at room temperature, keeping the bags tightly closed, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and humidity.
If not all of the product has been consumed, it should be kept refrigerated for a maximum of 7-10 days. If the estimated time is longer, it should be frozen.
The golden berry pulp is sold in white corrugated cardboard with the pulp packed in double-walled aseptic bags, in weights of 3.5 or 20 kg. and conical steel drums of 200 or 220 kg.
