Maca has a balanced nutritional composition, similar to tha of cereals: from 2 to 2.4% containing fat, 8 % of fiber, 10% of protein and 60% of carbohydrates. It is rich in minerals with high content of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potasium, sodium, iron among others. It also has a high content of vitamins, specially from B group, Vitamin C and vitamin E.
