Our coffee is grown in diverse microclimates of the upper Amazon, thanks to the efforts of small producers in the San Martín region, Peru. To ensure the quality our customers require, we cup all coffees following the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCA).
Additionally, all our coffees are traceable and meet rigorous technical specifications, including physical uniformity with a 5% variation from the SCAA specification, humidity of 10 to 12%, and bean size greater than #14 mesh according to SCAA and NTP (technical standards)—Peruvian), and exceptional sensory quality, with scores above 80 in the SCAA protocol.
We grow varieties such as Typica, Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor at altitudes greater than 1200 meters above sea level in the humid tropical forests of the upper Amazon.
