A completely natural product, it belongs to the category of pure Pisco. The emblematic quebranta grape with which we make this pisco belongs to the category of non-aromatic pisco grapes. It offers fruity aromas and characteristic secondary flavours, coming from the fermentative process, from the discontinuous distillation of recently fermented musts, and from the ageing in inert containers, in order to preserve its complete transparency and to achieve the final bouquet.
In the prestigious concours mondial de bruxelles 2005, it won a Gold medal.
