Pisco Intipalka is a spirit made through a single distillation of wine. After a hand pick selection of
grapes, from specific section of our vineyards, the fermented juice in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures are distilled drop by drop to proof. The discontinuous distillation takes place in two types of copper stills (Falca and Alambique) resulting in a spirit with the smoothness and silkiness we crave, known and appreciated by connoisseurs.
