It is obtained by distilling in fermentation grape juice of a “Pisquera” grape (kind of grape). The result is a fine Pisco in the mouth, where the alcohol sensation is slight and the feeling on the palate is unctuous and pleasant that is not astringent, but with delicate and pleasant flavors.
