Pisco Picasso acholado is a product of the distillation of three varieties of "pisco grapes": Quebranta, Italia and Torontel. These have been selected for the fermentation process, obtaining a perfectly balanced must that immediately goes to the stills for distillation.
The grapes come from vineyards located in the Ica Valley. Some of them are more than 80 years old, which guarantees fineness in the selection of their fruit and a result of excellence.
The Picasso family has been producing piscos -Peru's flagship drink- for more than 150 years and this experience makes them offer a product with unique characteristics, totally balanced, full-bodied and with an unparalleled flavor.
