Made from the complete distillation of the fermented must of one of the eight strains of Pisqueras grapes, to which no color, flavor, or aroma element is added. Thus, the qualities of pisco arise from the grapes with which it is produced.
Quebranta acholado is a pisco elaborated with, at least, two of the eight varieties of Pisqueras grapes.
Our acholado is made with a mixture of the distillated mosts of Italy, Quebranta, and Torontel.
