This flour is obtained from the grinding of quinoa grains (Chenopodium quinoa Willd) that have been subjected to a crushing and grinding process to obtain suitable granulometry for different uses.
The differential benefits of our product include that it is a raw flour based on white pearled quinoa. In addition, it is rich in essential amino acids such as lysine and contains acceptable amounts of calcium, phosphorus and iron, with a protein greater than 10%.
White quinoa flour is ideal for making pastry products and can replace wheat flour since it does not contain gluten.
The flour is an innocuous food with less than 10% humidity, a minimum crude fibre of 1.70%, total ashes of 3.0% and gluten-free. Our pearled grains are subjected to grinding processes in hammer mills, sifting and packaging to guarantee the quality of our product.
