Product prepared from healthy fruits of cultivated olive, Sevillian variety, collected in a state of maturity characteristic of the product (totally ripe black), processed whole, undergoing fermentation in brine with addition of inputs and preservatives allowed.

Whole black olives, water, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride (E-509), preservatives: sodium benzoate (E-211) and potassium sorbate (E-202), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E-300).

Storage conditions 

  • The product should be stored in a dry and cool environment at temperatures below 28oC.
  • It is performed in authorized and pre-inspected vehicles to ensure that they are free of foreign, clean and sanitized odors.


Consume it within 1 year from the date of packaging. Date to be specified on each pack independently.
