The hacienda and winery Lablanco whose origin takes us to the beginning of the seventeenth century, is located south of Lima, in the oldest district of the Ica Valley, San Juan Bautista Quilloay. Maintaining the family tradition of our predecessors, for 13 generations, we started the process of elaboration of our select Piscos LABLANCO, with the extraction of the juice from the fish grapes, fermenting it naturally in Morisco-style fermenters of the 1800s, and then distilling it in Colonial Falcas of the year 1600. La Falca is the first Distiller created by the Spaniards to distill the wine. The white piscos are made for the most demanding palates with the identity of nobility, fascinating qualities of aromas, grape flavors and warm alcohol that does not add to taste.
